“The earth is a dreaming being. And if we get quiet enough, we might be dreamt into some forms, some actions, some ritual practices that could help us repair the relationship between the human and the more than human world.” –Francis Weller
We are living in difficult and weighty times. The currents of loss and uncertainty flow around us continually, often leaving us feeling overwhelmed and powerless. In seasons such as this, it is essential that we remember and embody the medicines that are available to us. We are not without potency, without agency, without soul resources to face these emerging circumstances. Recognizing this can make a meaningful difference in how we respond to the call of the times. Join us as we explore the medicine we need for the Long Dark, the medicine we bring to the Long Dark, and surprisingly, the medicine we find in the Long Dark. The event will include conversation with Francis, time to listen, and a community ritual to allow for receiving and “risking revelation.” | Image credit: AdobeStock
