CONTEMPLATIVE DANCE PRACTICE AT THE DANCE PALACE!

(CDP) combines sitting meditation practice with improvisational movement practice. Created originally by Barbara Dilley, CDP offers "a place to observe and research, alone and together” and the possibility of "synchronizing body and mind". It is designed to be accessible to anyone.

Please bring a yoga block, meditation cushion, blanket or bolster for sitting. You may also wish to have something to write with and on. Masks encouraged. Facilitated by Aura Fischbeck, a San Francisco-based dancer.

PRÁCTICA DE DANZA CONTEMPLATIVA EN EL DANCE PALACE!

La práctica de la danza contemplativa (PDC) combina la práctica de la meditación sentada con la práctica del movimiento improvisado. Creada originalmente por Barbara Dilley, CDP ofrece "un lugar para observar e investigar, solos y juntos" y la posibilidad de "sincronizar cuerpo y mente.” Está diseñado para ser accesible a cualquier persona.
