Offering group classes, private and semi-private sessions in Pilates. Pilates is an exercise method created by Joseph Pilates that develops strength, flexibility, tone and balance. Being fit and able to engage in one’s favorite activities without restriction is the basis of my fitness philosophy. I want to help everyone improve their muscular strength, bone density, mobility and flexibility and make a difference in their feelings of well-being through positive, conscious movement.
