Caring for West Marin County feral cats through trap/neuter/return/feed & monitor program. All cats that go through our program receive lifetime care. It is the mission of Planned Feralhood to be a model of how each community and each neighborhood with the cooperation and support of their community veterinarian and the County Animal Shelter, can humanely achieve the goal of no more homeless cats.
